How to register for Wrestling and/or Judo.
I wanted to clear up registration, in case anyone is confused.
Registration is now completed like a gym membership. Once a month, you will be charged for the following month. We switched to this model because we now have monthly costs associated with our location.
-Do not link your own personal account to the membership. Our goal is to have an account profile for each of our wrestlers, to keep organized and store information on our athletes (USAW card number, for instance).
-You can link your own email to the account, but fill in the name field with your kid's name. If you have more than one kid, you will need more than one email handy. An email address cannot be associated with more than one account. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Procedure of registration:
Sign up or log in to your whatcomwrestlingacademy.com account, located at the top right of the navigation bar.
Double-check you are logged in to the correct account. Parents, make sure you are logged in to your athlete's account and not your own.
Navigate to the Registration page.
Read through our various membership plans.
Decide which plan is best for you and your schedule.
Select the membership and continue to check-out.
You should receive an email confirmation.
If you have more than one athlete to register, log out and sign in to your next child's account. Repeat steps.
How to pay with cash or check:
Come to our Open House on March 20th from 11-2PM.
Talk to one of our coaches.
We will help set you up with an account and take/process payment on the spot!
Each month, we will settle up in person.
