Winter 2025 Folkstyle Schedule
Starting: November 10th
Ends: February 22nd with the completion of the WSWA State Tournament in Tacoma, WA

Which Level of Membership Should I Select?
First, narrow your class by AGE. Then, narrow by commitment level. Lastly, you can opt to pay monthly or for the whole season upfront.Â
Below is a description of our Basic and Peak Level classes.
Basic Level
Beginners, who are recreational. Goals include: self-defense, confidence, building athleticism and strength. Wrestlers who are multiple sport athletes, who want to make gains in their off-season, but are unable to commit to a full training schedule. Once you fall in love with the lifestyle, then commit to the next level. All age groups: 8 and under (8U), 9 and over (9O), and High School (HS).
What do you get?:
-2 evening practices per week for 8U
-3 evening practices per week for 9O + HS
Cost: $240 for the whole season, or $75 if paid monthly.Â
PEAK
Experienced wrestlers who are eager to take their wrestling to the next level. These are wrestlers. Focus on training, not just practicing. Wrestlers will be prepared to compete and find success. Coaches work with athletes to come up with a competition plan to optimize their improvement. 9O wrestlers are welcome to join by coaches’ discretion.
What do you get?
-Access to all morning practices (small group, focused).
-3 evening practices per week.
-Analyzed matches by our coaching staff.
-Goal planning meetings.
-Coaches will be traveling to tournaments
Cost: $440 for the whole season, or $150/mo if paid monthly.
